Expectant management for early pregnancy miscarriage after radical trachelectomy: A single hospital‐based study

Introduction Women who have undergone radical trachelectomy as a fertility-sparing treatment for early-stage cervical cancer may be at higher risk retained tissues after early-term miscarriage due to cerclage or necrosis. Dilatation and curettage aspiration present additional risks in these women. The aim of this study was assess the efficacy expectant management early pregnancy trachelectomy. Material methods Keio University Hospital records were reviewed women conceived abdominal received perinatal care between 1 April 2012 31 March 2020. A total 62 (76 pregnancies) identified, 13 experienced before 12 gestational weeks. outcome cases detail.
